We started as a food truck serving at street fairs and festivals, and now, we provide catering services for all kinds of events near New Windsor, NY.


Eddie's Churro Factory offers a variety of cream-filled churros, including guava, chocolate, Bavarian cream, and raspberry. Our newest creation is the Churronoli, a homemade churro filled with fresh cannoli cream.
